Chef Daniele Dotto, Italian born in Venice who arrived in Las Vegas more than twenty years ago, after a long working experience in some of the most beautiful resorts in Las Vegas, as executive chef, give life to Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen in 2016 and then open Prosecco Italian Osteria in 2021. "What most entices us in this work ... is to make our culinary culture and our hospitality known in our community"
