About PROSECCO ITALIAN OSTERIA
Chef Daniele Dotto, Italian born in Venice who arrived in Las Vegas more than twenty years ago, after a long working experience in some of the most beautiful resorts in Las Vegas, as executive chef, together with his business partner Alessandro Ciraso, give life to Prosecco Fresh Italian Kitchen in 2016 and then open Prosecco Italian Osteria in 2021. "What most entices us in this work ... is to make our culinary culture and our hospitality known in our community"
My husband had the lobster ravioli and I has the basic spaghetti and meatballs. They were both amazing! We both didn’t leave a morsel on our plate. I chose the spaghetti to taste their sauce and let me tell you the chef knows how to make pasta sauce. Service was top notch and we were greeted at the door by Maria with a smile and a warm welcome.. my husband and I will surely be back.
